I’m Norman Barfoot, a Tennessee‑licensed home inspector with more than 90 hours of state‑required training and the InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designation. Before becoming a home inspector, I spent years working in construction and home remodeling, giving me a practical, hands‑on understanding of how homes are built, repaired, and maintained.
